Dell’s printing machines are well-known for reliability and possess all the features must-have in an up-to-date printer. Recently, the brand has announced two new series of MFPs on #DellWorldLive special event. It took place in the Solutions Showcase and could be attended live or virtually. The gadgets cover wide market segments and gear toward the needs of small businesses as well as enterprises.
H-Series for SBMs include color laser H625cdw ($399), H825cdw ($529) and monochrome H815dw ($379) with print speeds of up to 30 ppm. The simplicity of all the models is underlined in every aspect from their more modern design with open output trays to simplified management with no need of the additional IT support. It’s easy to setup Wi-Fi network and to connect to cloud services (Dropbox, SharePoint, Google Drive or Box) or use Dell Document Hub on the printer. NFC connection is also supported.
S-Series for medium and large workgroups include the color laser S2825cdn ($479) and monochrome S2815dn ($359). The main advantage of them is security.
The Dell Secure Print allows to stop unauthorized access with secure walk-up user authentication and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) with Kerberos authentication. The access card or a PIN-number are also the available ways to secure the access to the machines.
Moreover, the models are energy efficient, more compact than previous ones and possess the new low melt toner technology making them eco-friendly.
