HP represents its new model of wide format mobile-enabled budget all-in-ones specially designed for small and home office use. The OfficeJet Pro 7720 provides all the advanced functions available on more costly models, but retails for $199, and produces professional-quality vibrant color and clear black/white output of different formats right on the workplace.

This good looking printer is rather compact (23 x 17.5 x 12.1 in) and allows to print, scan, copy and fax on letter and legal-size documents with paper sizes from 3 x 5 to 11 x 17 in (A3). Automatic duplex printing, printing on different types of media including envelopes, borderless printing will help users create full-color brochures, decks, flyers, photos and other documents which will be water-, smear-, and fade-resistant. The gadget prints with the resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi in black and 4800 x 1200 dpi in color with the print speed of 22 ppm and 18 ppm, correspondingly.

It’s easy to operate the OfficeJet Pro 7720 with the 2.65″ color LCD with IR touchscreen function or from any smartphone, tablet or laptop via the HP Smart app without accessing a network.

The new printer uses HP thermal inkjet technology and employs 4 tanks of pigment-based ink. With the high yield ink cartridges, HP says that the cost of a color page is 50% less than that of laser printers. The printers are already on the shelves.
