		<description>HP should be applauded, however considerably more benefit for the environment would have been had if the old cartridge had been allowed to be re-used till end of their usefull life. We don't turn perfectly good cars into soup cans do we? We re-use them by selling them to someone else. Nor do we build a new house every time.</description>
